RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Wildflower Seeds Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wildflower seeds, we’ve made the returns and refunds process as simple as possible.

Returns

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for returning the product.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and we ask that you provide a tracking number for your return. Unfortunately, used seed packets cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned seeds, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we’ve received the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your seeds. We will arrange for either a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
